Eligibility

Orders & Payments
- All prices are in INR and may change without prior notice.
- Payments may be made via Razorpay (Cards, UPI, Netbanking, Pay Later, EMI, etc.).
- Payment processing timelines are controlled by banks/BNPL providers.
Shipping & Delivery
Sellers prepare and dispatch orders within agreed timelines. Delivery estimates are provided by logistics partners and may vary due to external factors.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by seller policies and must be requested within the specified timeframe. Refunds, if applicable, are processed to the original payment method post seller approval.
Use of Platform
You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent activity.
Limitation of Liability
Liftkartz acts as a marketplace and is not liable for product defects, delays, or disputes attributable to sellers or logistics providers.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
